Tehran International Confectionery Fair in cooperation with Mandegar Tejarat Shirin Company, one of the subsidiaries of this organization, is responsible for holding the sixteenth International Confectionery Fair in Tehran. This year for several consecutive years the exhibition will be held with an approximate area of 33,000 square meters while the first one was held with an area of approximately 3000 square meters in 2002.
What we have in this upcoming events are:
- Industrial products such as biscuits, sweets, chocolate, toffee, candy, puffed corn, jelly, wafer.
- Traditional products such as Gaz, Sohan, Baghlava, cotton candy, Reese, Nougha; raw materials such as cocoa powder, cocoa butter, oil, flour, starch, sugar, baking powder, vanilla,
- Gelatin, milk powder, citric acid, food coloring, etc.
- Raw materials of packaging for confectionery and chocolate industry including printed materials, wrapping and packaging, paper, cardboard, aluminum foils,etc.
- Local and imported machines in the scope of production, baking, mixer, forming, coding, shrink, etc.
15 to 18 September 2018, the exhibition will be held in Tehran Int’ Permanent Fairgrounds.
